Odering All regular orders can be placed online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will receive an email confirmation for your order. Please be aware that the confirmation email you are supposed to receive may be interpreted as SPAM by your email program or email provider. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check the "junk" mail box. If you still cannot find a copy of your order, you may contact us at and request that a copy of your order be sent to you. Doing this should allow you to receive the order confirmation without triggering your anti-spam filters for your email or provider. Shipping Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders for customized products and out of stock items will usually ship within 3 to 10 business days. Items may, on occasion be out of stock or back-ordered. You will be notified of any further delay times on your order. Shipping methods and carriers are arranged on behalf of the customer but are at the discretion of Easy Queue and are normally UPS, common carrier or Priority Mail (customers with preferred shipping arrangements may notify Easy Queue of same). All shipping charges are assessed before the order ships and are added to the invoice. Easy Queue is not responsible for products lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Contact the shipping carrier for these claims.
Payment Payments terms for online orders are by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or Prepaid only. We accept personal checks as well as cashier's checks and money orders. If paying by check or money order, your order will not ship until after the receipt of your payment. If paying by credit card, your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped. Easy Queue, Gallery Metalworks (formally Gallery Brassworks) are wholly owned subsidiaries of International Brass Railings Ltd. Your credit card will be billed under the name of Gallery Brassworks International. Payment for OEM, Distributor, or volume customers may also be done by account (upon credit approval).
Return Policy Easy Queue's limited warranty covers for defective merchandise for 90 days from date of shipment (obvious abuse negates warranty). If a product is defective, the product may be exchanged, or caused to be repaired by Easy Queue at its sole discretion. If repair is not practical, Easy Queue will offer a prorated refund depending on circumstances and time of use. A Return of Goods Authorization is required on all returns. Sales Tax Currently, sales tax will apply to all orders shipping within the province of Ontario.
Pricing All prices are subject to change without notice. Once your order is placed, your price will not be affected for that order if there is a change in price.
